SEAEXPLORER 200
High-Endurance Underwater Drone Designed for Coastal Exploration
Building upon the success of the SEAEXPLORER 1000, ALSEAMAR has been developing a new version of its underwater gliders, especially designed for missions in shallow waters.
Ideal for coastal research and environmental monitoring, the SEAEXPLORER Shallow 200 glider redefines the landscape of exploration technology.
Efficient for missions in shallow waters
Engineered for nearshore environments (20 to 200 m deep), the SEAEXPLORER Shallow 200 navigates in shallow waters with efficiency and stability.
Equipped with advanced sensors, it autonomously collects essential coastal data on chemical and physical phenomena, as well as marine life.
Integrated into the SEAEXPLORER ecosystem, the SEAEXPLORER Shallow 200 is fully compatible with it (payload, wings, propeller, piloting) and effortlessly works with ALSEAMAR’s data processing and monitoring software called GLIMPSE.
High Efficiency Ballast in shallow water
Extended Battery option (Double range)
Hybrid propulsion for horizontal navigation in extremely shallow areas
Payload compatible with SEAEXPLORER 1000
Robust and easy to operate
The SEAEXPLORER 200 is a battery-powered glider with rapid recharging, enabling it to be redeployed quickly after a mission, maximizing the number of days at sea.
Its light weight (maximum 90kg with a dual-battery option) and 650mm wingspan make the SEAEXPLORER 200 an easy platform to deploy and recover.
Consecutive days at sea with dual-battery option
Travelled on a single mission
Designed for a wide range of missions
